More About Drew

I started out photographing seven years ago in the photojournalism world for newspapers and magazines in Portland, Oregon. I spent a lot of time at the beginning of my career working with businesses to create advertisements for their products. This allowed me to become creative with lighting and forced me to adapt to any lighting situations. While I primarily shoot on-location, I always have my studio lighting equipment on hand so that each photograph has the same attention to detail as it would in a studio.

I love capturing families and children in their day to day life to create memories that is true to their personality. My photojournalism experience allows me to catch candid moments, and I love to mix that with a classic look.
